Why I Run:
I've never really ran before, so I'm getting my old tired body up off the couch and trying to make a change. Engineers Without Borders and their work in Africa is a great cause so I'm happy to do the 10km run and help if I can. I've logged 85km so far and there is a very good chance I will finish the race. YAY!!
